Main Interpretation Content

We will interpret the following and more; Interviews and examinations, explanations of symptoms and test results, medical instructions (ex. Medicine), explanations of surgery, procedures for discharge from hospital, etc.
Content does vary according to what is occurring on the appointed day.

How to Apply

Please call us at least 10 days prior to the required date for interpreting. The staff will ask for information regarding the interpreting session.

Cost for Interpretation

The base cost is:
14,000 yen for 2 hours + an additional transportation expense 1,000 yen
(Cost may vary depending on the distance & price does not include tax)
※If it exceeds 2 hours, please let us know.
 

Note 1 :  
The above rates are basic guidelines.
We will estimate the price according to the contents.
 

Note 2 :  
If the notice between the consultation date to the interpreting date is less than 10 business days
(*), this will be categorized as an “urgent request”
and an additional fee of 20% will be added.  
(*) Business days: Monday to Friday on weekdays,
excluding Saturdays and holidays
 

Note 3 :  
Cancellation of requests must be at least 3 business days from the cancellation date to the interpreting date.　
(The 3 business days DO NOT include the cancellation date and performance date)
50% of the expenses will be withheld as “System Usage Fee”
IF a cancellation is made on the same day,
YOU AGREE TO FORFIT THE ENTIRE EXPENSE.
